About
Maureen is an experienced statistician who specializes in structural equation modeling and multilevel models with dyadic and longitudinal data. Her work has helped identify relational communication elements associated with positive organ donation encounters, shared decision-making during cancer treatment, conflict between cancer patient and family caregivers regarding treatment decisions, health literacy and the need for information in African American cancer patients, promotion of smoking cessation in pregnant African American women, and examining mother-daughter dyads in relation to health messaging.
